1. Noodle salad with pork and anchovy fish sauce (bun mam)
A fermented thick Vietnamese vermicelli is sometimes called “bun mam”. Originally, “bun mam” is a combination between noodles (made from rice flour), anchovy sauce, meat (boiled pork, roast pork), vegetables, chili pepper, young jackfruit and pea that becomes the trademarks of central region.

2. Danang thick noodle soup (bánh canh)
The broth is made from shrimp, fish, pork knuckle. Noodle that can be made from tapioca flour, wheat, rice four. The soup base (broth) can be cooked from pork, crab, fish, and the toppings can be with fish cake, mushroom, Vietnamese ham, shrimp balls, etc.

3. Danang spicy snail (oc hut)
Spicy snail is processed with lemongrass and chili pepper, which is the most regnant food with the youth in Danang. Due to small shape, people also enjoy this food in an individual way. Taking a snail and sucking the smaller end of the shell before sucking the opening. However, if you can not take it out, a toothpick is used to solve this problem.

4. Danang bread
A loaf of bread includes a thick bottom layer of pate, white spread made of egg yolks and vegetable oil then the fillings of ham, pork roll, pork pie, basil, and finally cilantro, green peppers, a little green onion on top. 5. Quang noodles (mỳ quảng)
Unlike other Vietnamese noodle soup bowls whose broth will cover the noodles almost completely, Quang noodle broth is barely enough to slurp during the meal. Quang noodle soups are generally pork and dried shrimp broth based, although some regional and family recipes will use chicken and even duck. What makes Quang noodle soups unique is the richness of the broth, the lack of it and the crushed peanut toppings on the noodles.

6. Steamed rice rolls (Banh cuon)
It is a very light crepe often with ground pork, minced ear mushroom, and onion and eaten with Vietnamese ham, steamed bean sprouts and cucumbers. Sometimes, a drop of the essence of lethocerus indicus is added to the dip to make flavor special although it’s very expensive.
